sleep is very importantWoke up today feeling quite happy for no particular reason.Suddenly just felt that i was so stupid to get miserable over whatever i was upset over yesterday.Must be the sleep yesterday night that cleared my mind and allowed me to look at things from a different perspective.I should be fine until i get my results in july. In the meantime, i think i also have to learn how to keep my eyes to myself and only look at things that i want to.Played bball with my classmates this morning in full grey.The uniform is so super hot and it takes so long for it to dry.haha i guess it's not fire-proof and water-proof for nothing.Anw i survived w/o food for exactly 24h since yesterday till today.And when i did eat dinner, i felt like puking.oh well it just tells u that starving is really bad for health and it should be made illegal!haha me and my crap again.I needa come up with a new exercise plan.Suggestions anyone?
