teachers' day
had teachers' day celebrations on wed and i really regretted going to sch(only 15ppl from the class came) although i didn't really have a choice since i had to collect the photos for mrs ng.reached sch at around 645 to learn about setting up of the outdoor pa system or something like that.but i guess iwas more of a hindrance and it felt so weird to be standing around doing nothing while the rest were all so busy.furthermore i didn't understand a word they were saying.for example they were discussing something like"is this wire supposed to be plucked into this hole or that" haha to begin with, i didn't even know that they had a wire like that to be plucked in.ya u get my point right.so basically i waited around until assembly.hmm the feeling of being useless and stupid was quite bad cause i didn't understand anything that was going on.all the technical terms seemed so foreign.sometimes it feels like i'm being more of a burden then help so why bother staying on, right?haha oh well i shall think about that.
anw back to the celebraions.we had aces day workout in the morning and there was this part that was damn funny.the song had this part with a "poot!" sound and coincidentally,the movement for that part was a squatting one.how suitable!haha i kept laughing uncontrollably.anw cabbed back to st nicks with claire and i ate the chao3 fan4 with tou4 gan1 =) i miss st nicks food!the food is so delicious,not too oily and the portion is just nice!although nj's food is supposedly one of the best among the jcs but something is still lacking.is it the friendly store vendors?hmm i really don't know.anw it just felt so good to be back,drowing in the sea of blue.we were all busy exhanging gossips and basically talking crap.we also visited our ex classroom(4justice)!and i left a nice long note =) of course we visited our teachers too.saw zhuanglaoshi in the canteen and she was complaing about various things esp stuff that i shdn't say here.then we proceeded to the staff room.we forced mr gan to rmb our names which was of course impossible,given his memory space and age.he could only rmb his top students like wanling and cheeky =( then we also forced ms nair to get our names right before we gave her her teachers' day present and she did not bad...passing with an A grade.haha she could rmb 7 or 8 out of 10, i think.the class chatted with her for quite awhile.haha ms nair is still as pretty as ever.oh well i'm envious.mrs koh tried to runaway but we managed to catch her in time!she gave us some thinking questions like is 0.3 recurring(0.3333...)approximately 1 or equals to 1.i bet most of u will think it's approximately 1 right but u're WRONG!cause 1/3=0.3333... so 1 shd be equals to 0.99999....then she also asked something like will there always be the same number of even and odd numbers or something like that.i was totally stumped by her last question.didn't evn know how to start answering at all and guess what,it was a question in the sec1 maths paper *faints* haha poor sec1s.they must be traumatised.spent the rest of the afternoon finidng ms poore cause she was mia.and we were so sad when she couldn't even rmb us or which class we were from.to think that we thought she had the best memeory among all the teachers.
went off to town with claire,kang,jacq,chew eng,doris and wang wang while cheeky went back to tj for her photo-taking.kang and rest went kbox while me and claire walked around aimlessly.finally we decided to watch charlie! oh my gosh the choco looked damn good!i think the movie was really not bad.so happy that i managed to catch it afterall.thanks claire for watching it with me although u watched it alr =) after the movie we walked around wisma waiting for cheeky to come.met weiling and marilyn at mango.cheeky tried to scare weiling by sneaking up behind her.it was really quite funny.took a long time to decide what to eat and finally we settled down at cine's food court.haha how interesting right.and we met kang and company again!orchard is so small.but they were leaving when we reached so ya.anw sat there and gossiped till about 10?haha like what weiling said,only after going jc we suddenly have alot of things to say and alot of new and unfamiliar names keep popping out.quite true isn't it?anw after that i really felt more like a dust particle.haha but oh well there's only like 1yr and 3mths of jc left?excluding hols and stuff,maybe around less than a yr?it's really pretty fast.i also realised that 4j ppl are quite scandalous.more than 1/4 are attached alr.haha but of course none are from nj.i ended my day by getting a big scolding from my mum but i guess it was worthwhile =)
